Domain name customers, who have registered a domain name with Mobile 2u Network and wish to change the Technical Contact from Mobile 2u Network to another company or change any other registration information, should be able to do so by logging into their account. Mobile 2u Network provides all customers with full access to their domain account by sending them their own username and password. It is important to note that customer domain name registration information is made publicly available in the registry of domain names. In the event you lose your password, you can log on Online Ticketing Support System and we will re-send the password to the email address on the domain registration record. In the event you lose your password and the email address on record with Account is no longer valid, a direct request to Mobile 2U is required, therefore it is important to keep your Account email address current as well as your email address with Mobile 2u Network.
Will Mobile 2u Network ever send me direct mailings?
From time to time, Mobile 2u Network may send its customers information about various products and services that may be of interest. We will not send you information of this type without specifically allowing you to "opt out" of such mailings. You can opt out by sending an e-mail to info@mobile2u.com.my, however by doing so, you may miss important communication regarding your service.

Mobile 2u Network may offer interactive forums, such as message boards and chat. Email Purge Policy Purpose of Policy:
To establish guidelines for automatic removal of older mail items in the Sent Items, Junk Folder, and Deleted Items folders. Automatic purging will maintain the client email databases, limit disk space usage, and reduce possible corruption.
This Email Purging Policy only applies to shared and reseller Windows Hosting clients.

Sent Items - 30 days:
The Sent Items is the folder that contains all outgoing mail items. Items that are older than 30 days will automatically be deleted.
Deleted Items - 30 days:
The items that are marked for deletion are placed in the Deleted Items folder for thirty days. Afterward, the items will be automatically removed. These items cannot be restored easily; therefore it is critical to mark only the items that need deleting.
How to prevent email been auto purged?
In order to maintain mail past the date limitations, establish automatic archiving to a specific directory on your personal computer or within another folder in your mailbox before the dates indicated above. Please contact support@mobile2u.com.my for assistance.
Disclosure of customer information and communications
Mobile 2u Network will not otherwise disclose its customers’ personal and account information unless Mobile 2u Network has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Mobile 2u Network, Mobile 2u Network customers, or others, or where Mobile 2u Network has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
Mobile 2u Network also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that Mobile 2u Network stores or transmits for its customers. The circumstances under which Mobile 2u Network will disclose such electronic customer communications are when:
it is necessary in order to provide service to the customer;
it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Mobile 2u Network and its customers;
it is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process that Mobile 2u Network determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; and
it is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by Mobile 2u Network and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
Mobile 2u Network™ disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by customers or others. Mobile 2u Network will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm Mobile 2u Network, its customers or third parties. The grounds on which Mobile 2u Network may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of Mobile 2u Network policies.
